Upon Calvin’s inspection, he said he could still smell it and said he’d take care of it!!! Indeed he did and my car has been refreshed!!! Even after I cleaned, my grandsons could still smell it.. Thank God for Calvin and Hyundai!! The boys will now ride in my car without all the windows down!!! That’s my story!!!😊💙💛✅ More

Friendly, courteous service from Calvin There was some confusion regarding the free nav map update. I received an email from Hyundai that said to get free upgrade. Also an email from MnSOFT There was some confusion regarding the free nav map update. I received an email from Hyundai that said to get free upgrade. Also an email from MnSOFT telling of the different options for the V13.5 update. Service dept couldn’t find this offer. Calvin indicated he would further investigate and call me on Friday. No call I talked to Eric Pak while at the dealership and explained the situation. He told me to order the update from MnSOFT then bring him the invoice and he would reimburse me. I ordered the update and will that the invoice in for reimbursement. Thank you Eric Pak More

I had an appt. and when I got there they said they were super busy and it would 2-2.5 hours instead of 1. But I had an appt. 2. I had to call them 2.5 hours later to find out status. When I called they said it was ready. So why didn't I get a call already then? 3. They are recommending 15K service when my car doesn't even have 12K miles. More

Timeliness When I arrived for my service appointment, service line was overflowing. Rodger ensured that it would take about 2 - 2-1/2 hrs from my appointment time and he put my car in the front of the line. He also got a Lyft ride for us so we didn’t have to wait at the dealership. Lyft showed up in seconds. In about 2-1/2 hours they called to say it was done and to come pickup my car. They made good on their promise. More
