I wish I could say I was satisfied but it was a disappointment. Took my vehicle in for the first complimentary service. According to the description of services, they did an oil change and a "multi point inspection." Apparently, this does not include tire pressure check because there was no record of that. One tire had its valve cap missing when I brought it in and that was untouched. Also, I was directed to the "waiting area" where I sat the entire time. I noticed that other customers were notified by a service personnel when their vehicles were ready and thought that was the procedure. My phone ringer happened to be off and I did not see the text/ring informing me that my vehicle was ready until after 40 minutes and only found out when I happened to check my messages. I would have expected someone to check if I was in the waiting area. More
