I am always offered a ride or a rental when they need my car for the day. When I have gone to pick it up late Donnie has waited for me even though I am sure it was time for him to go home. If I could of gave them no stars that would be more appropriate I've worked in the car business for fifteen years I never seen a more scandalous dealership ever take my word stay away from this place t appropriate I've worked in the car business for fifteen years I never seen a more scandalous dealership ever take my word stay away from this place they are looking to cheat you any way they can plus they will put u on hold and leave you on hold if you disagree with them I brought my car in because the engine was bad they told me no it's fine and said I needed spark plugs and they did a oil change I dropped it off on a Monday picked it up on a Wednesday and they delivered me a car that wouldn't pass a horse and buggy same problem as stated but $358.00 on hold for them to cheat me out of spark plugs $33.00 a piece 15 minute tune up $210 in labor and the technician didn't even test drive the car they then had a new diagnosis for me car it's the turbo now they without looking at the real problem are trying to cash in on a turbo I had enough of there list they go by before they actually look at the underlying problem they want to turn u into a guinea pig and see if they get lucky at your expense.theg got the wrong guy 15 minhffor this one! They refunded me $148 and are trying to keep $210 for fifteen minutes labor and they treated me like I was a bad customer who wasn't going with there diagnosis so treat me like a trouble maker don't do business with liars cheater thieves More

My experience was good, however I waited at the dealership while my vehicle had the oil changed and new wiper blades put on, but the whole process took almost 4hr, which was 2.5 hour I waited at the dealership while my vehicle had the oil changed and new wiper blades put on, but the whole process took almost 4hr, which was 2.5 hours longer than I was told it would take. I have always had great service at the South Bay Hyundai service center, but 4 hours seems like an extremely long time for the amount of service performed. More
