The service person was not forthcoming. When she called me to explain what my car needed she didn’t tell me the amount she was telling me was in addition to the estimate she gave me initially. Everyone I've ever interacted with at SBH has always been super friendly and accommodating. This review is specifically for Donnie in the service department. He is a rockstar and has always been a huge help for me with my service-related issues! Donnie is professional and he follows up from beginning to end so I never feel like I am in the dark about anything to do with my car. I recently had a big repair done on my 2016 Tucson that had to be completed ASAP since I was moving out of state. Donnie not only scheduled me right away but he was able to get everything done by the time I had to move. I've never had any major issues with my Tucson (it's a dream car for me!) but after this repair, it runs like it's brand new all over again! I'm so grateful for Donnie and the whole service department's help. Thank you everyone!!! More
