I wish I could say I was satisfied but it was a disappointment. Took my vehicle in for the first complimentary service. According to the description of services, they did an oil change and a "mul disappointment. Took my vehicle in for the first complimentary service. According to the description of services, they did an oil change and a "multi point inspection." Apparently, this does not include tire pressure check because there was no record of that. One tire had its valve cap missing when I brought it in and that was untouched. Also, I was directed to the "waiting area" where I sat the entire time. I noticed that other customers were notified by a service personnel when their vehicles were ready and thought that was the procedure. My phone ringer happened to be off and I did not see the text/ring informing me that my vehicle was ready until after 40 minutes and only found out when I happened to check my messages. I would have expected someone to check if I was in the waiting area. More

I don’t usually write reviews but I would feel bad if I didn’t write something because of how great the staff at this location has been each time I went in for service. Really want to give a shout out to Kei Yukimura, he let me know what to expect and took care of my questions and concerns. Even addressed my concerns before I could ask them since I am sure he understands from the costumers perspective. While the service was great. They returned my car with paint damage from use of a pressure washer. I reached out to service advisor and he said there was nothing hat could be don They returned my car with paint damage from use of a pressure washer. The car came in with a brand new set of Michelin tires in the front and they put on on the front and another in the rear. More
