Waited 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I noticed later that a new tire I bought that was different from the other 3 was in the same spot and was not rotated. I called asking for a refund and was told by Raymond the service writer that I had to come in with my credit card to get it. This dealership had no problem taking my card over the phone when I purchased a spare tire kit but won’t refund over the phone. They ended up offering me a credit for my next service but I’m reluctant to return. More
