Came to this location from DTLA due to me needing to complete other errands in the area. It's out of the way for me. Dropped off my vehicle to complete a recall. They were really busy and I stood around complete other errands in the area. It's out of the way for me. Dropped off my vehicle to complete a recall. They were really busy and I stood around for a good 15 minutes before being helped although I had an appointment. Not a big deal they were busy. I get a call about an hour later telling me that the part was not working in my car so they may have to order a new one as it was probably defective and it was their last in stock. So I'd have to come back once they got the new part in. I was PROMISED they would call me directly to let me know when the part arrived so that I may come in to complete the service. It's been over two months. Just gonna go to another dealership at this point. More
