I also received a call from someone in the service department. He thought the only issue was the last time I brought my car in for the oil change. I have also had challenges with him as the one who wrote up the services for my car. Unfortunately I do not recall his name. I have had ongoing problems with a rotten egg smell with my vehicle from the time I purchased it. Each time I brought it up to him he acted as though I didn’t know what I was talking about. One person went so far as to say that it was a dead animal under the hood of my vehicle. I must say at the age I am now if I am not aware of what a dead animal smells like there is something wrong.
