I went to my 10:00 appointment, they took me right in, and told me they'd call when the car was ready. It happened exactly as stated. I also asked if they could take my car the car wash right next doo and told me they'd call when the car was ready. It happened exactly as stated. I also asked if they could take my car the car wash right next door and let them wash the car before I picked it up. (I have a contract with Hyundai and my vehicle purchase that allows this.) They accommodated that, too, happily. I'm very pleased with their service. I always am pleased, every time I go in. More
Service manager Donnie and Jin who picked up and delivered the car after service are excellent in what they do. Donnie was very attentive to the issues about the car I wanted him to address. Last but very important, I would not buy a Hyundai Tucson again, it's a fine car except for terrible gas mileage and a small gas tank. Thankfully I don't drive a long way every day. Sorry Hyundai, BAD JOB ! Two more years and I'm getting an SUV with better mileage . The war on fosil fuel is not ending any time soon. More
I had the pleasure to get Donnie assigned to my first service visit. Donnie is the best Hyundai service manager (or any auto nameplate) that I have ever met! I have had three Genesis leases and there i service visit. Donnie is the best Hyundai service manager (or any auto nameplate) that I have ever met! I have had three Genesis leases and there is no comparison with the other dealers! Took my car in for a simple service and an umpteenth attempt to fix the heads up mapping software. Donnie put me in a brand new model to drive while they worked to solve the problem and return my car. Turned my auto service into a "no worry" event! Jim P More
