I received by mail a manufacturer 's service campaign to install a new auxiliary kit on my 2018 model Santa Fe vehicle. I made the appointment for the procedure, and on the day of the appointment, I handed install a new auxiliary kit on my 2018 model Santa Fe vehicle. I made the appointment for the procedure, and on the day of the appointment, I handed over the car keys and asked how long I would have to wait for my car to be delivered, the technician went to ask and when he came back he told me, I'm sorry, we don't have the part to fix your car. I lost a day of work to attend this appointment and if I had not asked I would have been waiting and in the end they would have told me that they did not fix it. The technician told me that they ordered the part and on Thursday they would call me to reschedule the appointment, they did not call me, I called them and they said that they haven't received the part needed, its being two weeks already of this. More
