customer service was excellent. wait time was pretty much right on. There were busy so the timing was good easy in and out. Oil change & 25k mile supposed to take only an hour but there were 2 recalls to fix that would take longer except no part available but still took 6 hours... it was nice that they provided shuttle home, bu there were 2 recalls to fix that would take longer except no part available but still took 6 hours... it was nice that they provided shuttle home, but had to find a ride there, which if I new that I would have stayed.
