Using phone to get in touch with service is a bad idea, no one answers, I they do they connects me with a Service person I cannot leave message with. So everyone has to be computer literate to make simple no one answers, I they do they connects me with a Service person I cannot leave message with. So everyone has to be computer literate to make simple appointment or change. However, after make an appointment on line, I arrived little late but everything went smooth with Ray's help. My car got ready very quickly and I am pleased. Seems Too busy, not enough help. More

When we called to make appointment, the person transferred us to the service dept, then it rang for a long time, then to the voice mail, then it said the mail box was full and hung up.
