Crappiest new car warranty service ever. They claim they cannot find the very obvious rattle under the car even after I showed them where it's coming from. Said they would have to contact Hyundai service tech for explanation. Tha was 4 months ago, and they never called me back with the results. Service department message box always full because they won't empty it because then they would have to talk to a customer about their vehicle. Whoever the overall manager of this dealership is should be fired. He/she couldn't care less about after sales warranty service. I like the vehicle I just think the lazy service repair people should be replaced or at least properly trained how to repair the vehicles. Oh, another thing, they tried to get me to commit to pay $160.00 before they would take the vehicle in for warranty work saying it might be damage, I caused. That's a rip-off.
