15min before my appointment,told wait time was extra, I was fine waiting. Realized people who came in for the same services were leaving before me, when I finally did try and check on my car they told me m was fine waiting. The man didn't bother dealing with me, instead he told me to hold on and go across the way to parts! Really? I was already waiting patiently for an extra hour and you're telling me wait? Felt more like he pond me off to this poor lady who was running around helping. I complained to that young lady, who was the only one that even bothered to apologize! Then that guy came behind her and handed her a free car wash voucher! Seriously! You really think a car wash voucher is going to save you from a bad review! I already had a sour feeling about this location after my husband and I could clearly remember being told that because we leased our vehicle we could ask for a free car key every year , I lost my purse along with my keys in February and when I called the dealership I was told that they would never ever offer that! We even texted the sales man who denied even saying it. Good life lesson! Always get it in contract. 6 month later I bring in our family car in (we love) for services and this nightmare happens. Worst sour feeling ever, I will not be bring the car back to this location, even if it means driving further out. More
I have been mislead into paying for the full repair, that’s covered under TSB before even picking up the car. My husband spoke with advisor when dropping the car off, and specifically discussed coverage that’s covered under TSB before even picking up the car. My husband spoke with advisor when dropping the car off, and specifically discussed coverage under TSB, when I spoke with advisor, he didn’t mention a word about what he was supposed to look into with management and had me pay for repair over the phone. Found out that completely different process has been requested by my husband only when got home later that day. Would suggest to stay away from this dealership, if you can. Sadly, my experience is that they are trying to take advantage of you any way they can. More
