Best Christmas ever, thanks to Soerens Ford I had always wanted a Ford Mustang as my first car. My earlier attempt at Kayser didn't go really well, and I didn't feel being valued as a potential I had always wanted a Ford Mustang as my first car. My earlier attempt at Kayser didn't go really well, and I didn't feel being valued as a potential customer there. Then I tried to contact many Ford dealers including Soerens. Adam was really nice, patient, and responsive, while other dealership wouldn't even reply my email . We exchanged tons of emails before all the details were confirmed and all my questions answered. In order to shorten my 12-week waiting time, he and other people at Soerens changed one of their existing order specs, and finally got my car delivered within six weeks, right before Christmas!! Tina helped me with the process of purchase, and she was really nice as well. I couldn't be more satisfied! Proud of driving my Mustang every day. Recommending Soerens to everyone. More

I received a very timely response and the quote was enticing. I made my appointment with Adam Thiele to test drive the vehicle I had selected and drove away 2 hours later with a new Ford Edge. Adam was a pleasure to deal with and there was no hassle whatsoever. The entire process was very enjoyable and as we all know buying a car can be one of the worst experiences of our life!
