The closing paperwork experience was far and away the best I've ever experienced. So very, very respectful of my time. I left their resolving to never buy from anyone else! I always cringe when I head into the office to take care of this part of the transaction because all other dealerships I've ever dealt with make this process long and drawn out. Not these guys. More

Don't ever buy certified they don't cover anything Bought a certified pre owned explorer. The piece of mind of certified made the wife happy. Funny thing is we have had a few small things wrong with the explorer and it is never covered! Soren's won't work with you on it by contacting Ford or standing behind fords products. Penny wise pound foolish as my next car will not be a Ford. The final straw is the purge valve went bad and that's not covered? Soren's wants 325 to put in a 40 dollar part that shouldn't take more than 30 min to replace! Avoid Ford certified it really doesn't mean anything! Avoid Soren's as they won't stand behind the products they sell. They are close and convenient so would have had all my oil changes and work done there if they would stand behind the Ford product and warranty but the don't so I will be going elsewhere More
