2017 Ford Edge Sport We were looking for a 2017 Ford Edge Sport with some specific options. Our local dealer was not very responsive, so we looked elsewhere and found Soe We were looking for a 2017 Ford Edge Sport with some specific options. Our local dealer was not very responsive, so we looked elsewhere and found Soerens Ford. After a brief email inquiry to the internet sales department, Tina immediately responded to our request and found the exact car we were looking for at an out of state dealership. There was a Ford sales hold on all Sports due to an airbag issue, but Tina kept pushing to get us the car and kept us well informed of her progress all the while. She finally received the car from the dealer, had the air bag recall fixed and ready for delivery in just a couple days. On the day of delivery, Scott took over and was very thorough explaining all the technology. This was our first new car in 12 years, so as you can imagine there was a lot to learn. Scott did a great job and we felt very comfortable with all the new technology by the time we left. We were very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Soerens Ford to all our friends. More

The service was great I called at the last minute to get our Ford Escape in for an oil change. Service representative was courteous and explained what was to be done. There was a question about tire wear after 8500 miles - false alarm... This survey is too complicated and involved and I will be surprised if many people complete it More
