Needed an oil change, found an axle shaft leaking, this dealership did the oil changes, also the gas tank was 1/2 full. I guess used cars are treated different than new. More

The communication was excellent and they were always available when I needed assistance. The customer service was excellent, and the dealership was very welcoming as they provided refreshments while I was completing the process at the dealership. My salesman, Mark Schwerm, did his best to meet my requirements. He, along with his manager, searched for the car I wanted at a monthly price I was willingly to pay to purchase the car. (I am going from leasing cars to a purchase so I didn't have a trade in to offset the cost) Before long, they found it! The financing process was quicker than I had experienced anywhere else. And Mark spent plenty of time with me to make sure I understood all the car features before I drove my new car off the lot. I have other extended family members who buy their cars at Soerens, which is one reason I started my car search with them.
