I would highly recommend Renee Skow if you are shopping for a new vehicle. Not only did we drive 2 hours to work with her she went above and beyond to ensure we received the best deal! I brought my Explorer in because when in park the vehicle indicated that it was not. I was told that it was a cable and that replacing it would resolve the problem. I authorized the repair and paid vehicle indicated that it was not. I was told that it was a cable and that replacing it would resolve the problem. I authorized the repair and paid for it. I had the vehicle at home for less than a week and the problem continued. I paid for the repair but your technician only guessed and failed to resolve the issue. Now I must go back and with any luck you can fix my car. More
