I was led to believe one price for a simple oil change and filter, only to get there and find a completely different price, almost double. The next day I checked the oil level as I always do and the dips and filter, only to get there and find a completely different price, almost double. The next day I checked the oil level as I always do and the dipstick was down 1/4 below the full mark. I called to talk with a supervisor and was put on hold numerous times until I couldn’t wait forever. The next day I called again and at least could leave a voicemail but nobody ever responded to my voicemail. This was all concerning a used vehicle I bought from them less than a year ago and the oil was at the correct level back then. More
