I tried in good faith after many repairs to get Soeren's Owner to do more for me, but NOTHING but lip service. I'm so happy I traded that vehicle away now and went to a luxury brand and not have to worry about their poor service (not to mention an owner that is VERY out of touch). Just remember, MANY better dealerships exist in the Milwaukee area. It was interesting, I was telling of my issues at breakfast one morning and the person next to me said, must have been the owner of Soeren's. Funny how they have a name but put the tag line "Home of the good guys....or is it now Simply Soeren's." Whatever it is, take your business elsewhere-you'll be glad you did. More

Was told that I had to have a salesman go with test drive I ask if I could take it out like the last to times without a salesman. The answer was a short no he climb in truck and drove off. They just lost a customer for life. I was ready to buy in cash. More

Has a very large dealership feel to it, which isn't necessarily the best for customer service. It was a business purchase, so price wasn't too critical, but they were pretty fixed on the price - which is fine, until the rambling of all the extra service add-ons came along. Maybe if they had been flexible on the price, this would've been feasible, but as usual it was a lot of pressure to take these extra add-ons which added to the bad experience of the buy. More

Great experience with fleet manager bob viall I needed to purchase a Ford Transit for work. After wasting time at a few different ford dealerships that didn't have a commercial vehicle expert - I needed to purchase a Ford Transit for work. After wasting time at a few different ford dealerships that didn't have a commercial vehicle expert - I found Bob Viall on Soeren's website. Bob had answers to the questions that other dealers coudln't help with. Bob has a great deal of professional knowledge and experience - and he was able to help me review the van specifications to make sure that it was the best fit for our business. I called Bob and explained to him what I needed to get. We worked out a deal over the phone, he found the unit I needed at a different dealership - and brought it in quickly. At delivery, he had all of the paperwork ready - everything went smoothly, quickly and efficiently. If you are looking to buy fleet/commercial vehicles, Bob should be your first call. More

Service I have taken my company vehicle to Soerens Ford four times and every time I've had nothing but issues with their service department from simple oil ch I have taken my company vehicle to Soerens Ford four times and every time I've had nothing but issues with their service department from simple oil changes and tire rotation to the last time I was there for some brake work and other issues their turnaround time for a vehicle to be worked on is ridiculous. I personally would not recommend them or use them but this is a company vehicle and I have no choice. I would give them less than one star if that we're possible. More
