I am a returning customer to Snethkamp and was satisfied on each visit. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, and it was delivered. I appreciated my salesperson, Joe Randazzo. He was very transparent and honest with me and never pushy to get the sale. I didn't have to hear the typical "salesperson" talk/pitch. He worked hard to get me equity out of my GM lease that was due to be returned in the next month. Instead of pressuring me to purchase the new vehicle that day, he sent me home and reached out to me a couple days later once he got the ok that I would be able to get equity out of my vehicle that I was returning. I really appreciated that. No pressure on either end. Joe was very easy going and made my experience at Snethkamp seamless and also met all of my demands. I am a very satisfied customer! I have already referred a friend that I know he will take care of. Thanks again Joe! More

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I will never purchase or service a vehicle there again. The communication between staff and customer was horrible. This is the second horrific experience I’ve had with a Stellantis dealership in the past 6 months. The service departments are terrible.
