Service department is absolute trash. The service coordinator told me that my vehicle, 2019 Dodge Ram was ready, but when I get there I'm waiting for over a half hour. He had such a crap The service coordinator told me that my vehicle, 2019 Dodge Ram was ready, but when I get there I'm waiting for over a half hour. He had such a crap attitude, he only wanted to sit and talk with other service coordinator's. When I informed him that I about to be late for work, his response was asking me what do I want him to do. He never got off of his xxx to even walk to the back to see why it was taking so long for them to bring my vehicle. His antagonist attitude was always what did I want him to do, then he throws his hands up and slides his chair back like he wants to get up and fight. While I'm continuing to ask this guy why would he call me and say thay my vehicle was ready, but I'm waiting for over a half hour and I'm running late for work. His attitude never changed, he continued to be the same combative, antagonizing jerk. I had to get other people to help me because this jerk refused to do his job and follow up on why my vehicle was not ready. 1 More
