The worst car buying experience ever. I purchased a 2021 keep grand Cherokee for the 2nd time this year. My previous jeep had been stolen . No one greeted me on my 1st visit I had to ask a wondering employe keep grand Cherokee for the 2nd time this year. My previous jeep had been stolen . No one greeted me on my 1st visit I had to ask a wondering employee to have someone assist me, although I observed several sales people around and not with customers. The sales agent was very nice, he had only been selling cars for about 6 months and given his limited experience he was actually pretty good. I came in the day prior knew exactly what I wanted and paid $2,800 so that all I had to do the next day was sign and drive. I still ended up staying at the dealership for 4 hours on purchase day. The sales agent did miss a few things I had to let him know that I should receive a loyalty discount because I had purchased multiple Jeeps in the past, he then walked away to confirm with his manager that I was correct and the price was adjusted. My price was adjusted 4 times, had it been adjusted just 1 or 2 times then fine, things happen. But after the 4th adjustment where they forgot to include the cost of the license plate there has to be some level of incompetence. Again he was new so I can accept a learning curve..THE MANAGER however was grossly disrespectful and rude. Maybe his name was Corey. Tells me that this was normal for the price to be adjusted several times (mind you I had just purchased the same car a few months earlier from another dealership, so I’m familiar with the process). All I was hoping for was that the new agent receive additional training so that he doesn’t waste too much time on one sale or customers don’t miss out on rebates or discounts. The manager told me that he never should have added my loyalty discount ( as if he had a choice the rules are the rules). The manager thought he would intimidate me into shutting my mouth by telling me he has another agent ready to sell my car THE CAR THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR… the nerve! instead of apologizing for their multiple mishaps I was dismissed and threaten with selling my car to another customer and keeping my $2,800. This review is not to reflect on my sales person, he wasn’t half bad. The management and overall customer service was horrible. More
