While traveling on vacation, my XC 90 broke down. I had my car towed to Smythe Volvo and spoke with the Service Manager Regina Krauza. Regina quickly determined the car had a serious issue. She provided me with a loaner car and had Braeden assist me in transferring all my gear to the loaner car. Regina told me to enjoy my vacation and not to worry about the repair. My car was slightly past warranty coverage but Regina coordinated with Volvo regarding my vehicle. I was able to enjoy my vacation and then returned to Smythe Volvo. As a result of Regina’s efforts, Volvo covered the majority of the repair. My family and I were back on the road and made it safely home. Regina is an angel. Thank you Regina! More
Having your car worked on is very stressful- especially when you’re waiting for the bill. I’ve trusted SMYTHE for several years now and I’ve never had a problem with either their facility, loaner cars, ser when you’re waiting for the bill. Dave was very helpful and made sure to let me know what was going on with my car as soon as he was made aware. SMYTHE really highlights the difference in excellence between other shops and their facility. I will definitely be returning for my next service and encourage others to do the same. More

While I was frustrated that the control screen was black and unable to be rebooted (making driving my car anything but safe or easy, not to mention very cold), I was extremely happy with Mark Terry. As soon as he got on the phone and heard my situation, he was terrific. He offered to have my car picked up (I ended up driving as I had to get to a meeting) and was ready for me when I arrived at the dealership with a loaner car. He stated in communication with me and updated me on my car’s status. I picked it up this morning and everything seems to be working fine. While I’m honestly a bit disappointed with the fact that the car malfunctioned, that’s a Volvo issue, not a Smythe issue. More
