Brought call in for recall service, so far so good. Wish schedulers knew more about recall appointments as scheduled in May originally and when arrived to drop off car, was told they may have several Wish schedulers knew more about recall appointments as scheduled in May originally and when arrived to drop off car, was told they may have several weeks and no loaner available that day. I clearly stated why I was bringing car in. Rebooked with service manager and everything fine 2nd appointment, car back in 3 days with loaner in between. More
