I have to be honest the situation with my car was very frustrating. My car was only a month old and it spent weeks in the shop for an issue with the onboard wifi, remote start and the car net application. frustrating. The dealer did everything on the hardware side of things and were left powerless and at the mercy of VW of America and their IT department. I have to be honest Nick in service understood my frustrations and provided me with an adequate loaner car. Nick was excellent, empathetic and compassionate and listened to my weekly whining. Finally, I get a call from Nick and we tested this cars functioning and I picked it up. I get home and test it and it did not work. I called Nick and we decided to see what happens over the next few days. Poof after three days, out of nowhere the app sent me a notification. I called Nick and told him the good news. All in all, Nick made the best of a crappy, out of the ordinary situation. Great Service, great advisor. More

The service department helped get me a discount, but I'm not going to lie, I was majorly disappointed that the dealership didn't step up and pay for my brakes in full, especially since I am a loyal and a repeat customer - I have leased 5 cars at this dealership. to be frank, you might have lost a customer. But again, Noah was the saving grace of my experience, he should be given a raise. More
Could not get an appointment for 2 days with an emergency. No one called after making an appointment online until 1 day later to confirm when I was told it would that day. I had tire coverage insurance sold by Volkswagen Huntington but since my service date was on a Saturday the provider could not be contacted and I had to pay $500 out of pocket. I requested recourse from service manager via text ( after he texted me - Paul Mitchell)- here is message - Paul I wanted to run something by you. I had to replace my tire from a blowout from hitting a pothole. I have tire coverage but the provider was not open on Saturday ( Noah the service agent called and I called too). I needed the car back because Sunday you are closed and Monday was a holiday so I paid out of pocket. The blowout occurred Wednesday night and I was online and called first thing Thursday morning requesting an appointment as soon as possible. The only appointment I could get was Saturday which ended up causing the issue I would think. Do I have any recourse in any way? I appreciate your help. Thank you. More
