Incomplete service I went in for an oil change. Since I didn’t need it, I was told there was a notice for a filter to be installed / changed. I was also told that all my I went in for an oil change. Since I didn’t need it, I was told there was a notice for a filter to be installed / changed. I was also told that all my fluids would be checked and topped off. I said oh, good because I need windshield washer fluid. The light is on. Well, I didn’t get the washer fluid. I did notice the light still on before I let but I thought it just needs to be reset; why didn’t they rest it? Makes me wonder what else wasn’t done. More

The best customer service ever! I went to another repair shop and they told me they couldn’t help me even though I had an appointment. My son called Smithtown volkswage and they said I went to another repair shop and they told me they couldn’t help me even though I had an appointment. My son called Smithtown volkswage and they said they would try to fit me in. Not only did they fit me in, they repaired an exhaust problem and told me it was covered by the service contract. They also did an oil change and an inspection. Not only that, they stayed late to finish the job. Tom and his service staff are the best! I highly recommend them. More
