Julianna had patiently called me 2 times upon my online inquiry and respected what I had to say each time and followed up exactly how I directed her to. She allowed me to test drive any car I wanted multiple times. I made a deal and then had buyers remorse about the interior color, I cancelled the order, and she did that with no attitude or contention. I then worked on two offers with her, in which she negoitated to exactly my needs.
