The only VW dealer with integrity!!! Over the last four years I have had the opportunity to purchase 2 certified Jettas for my kids from Bob Ribaudo and each experience was wonderful. B Over the last four years I have had the opportunity to purchase 2 certified Jettas for my kids from Bob Ribaudo and each experience was wonderful. Bob is a no pressure salesman and is extremely fair in negotiations over price point. This past weekend I had to see Bob once again because unfortunately my daughter was involved in an accident that totaled her Jetta but thankfully saved her from injury. Bob had an VW Tiguan on his lot with extremely low mileage and my daughter took it for a ride and wanted it without question. Bob and I worked on a price and then Ivy Feinsilver and my daughter worked on the financing. Both Bob and Ivy were extremely warm and helpful in navigating the whole process. Even though I live within a mile of another VW dealer, I always drive the extra miles to Smithtown VW for the inventory, service, and most importantly the treatment that Bob provides. More
