Sal is the best! He sold my husband a Jetta in Nov and we had a great experience with Sal and smithtown vw. When it became my turn, we knew who we’d be calling. He is very knowledgeable about vw vehicles and makes sure you leave knowing all the tech and safety features. He made sure my Tiguan was spotless before we left. We even got to buy AND leave with it the same day! That was beyond amazing since my husband and I have conflicting schedules. A few days later Sal texted me and asked how I liked my new car. When I asked a question about CarPlay, he called and walked me thru it. Like I said, he knows his products. Everyone at smithtown knows their stuff. Very patient and accommodating. They seem very organized too, so no one’s time is wasted. If you want a comfortable buying experience, go here and see Sal.
