I needed a replacement pickup and saw that Toyota has a model that fit my requirements. I called Smithtown and got Ben on the phone. My wife talked me into an automatic and I went back to Ben and presto-change the paper work was redone and I picked up my new vehicle the next day no problem. It is a pleasure dealing with friendly professionals. Another person who deserves praise (I don't know his name) works on the desk but when I came in to finish the deal Ben was not in yet this man started helping me complete the transaction. (He remembered my name without asking). When I was finished with Stacie Ben showed me my new pickup, gave me the keys and showed me again the controls and all the goodies. I had many questions on pricing, trade-in and scion accessories. She was knowledgeable but more important if she didn't know she partnered with her manager to get me the right information the first time and advocated for me to ensure I got the best deal possible. Another shocker for me was she called back when she said she would and continues to followup with me even after I purchased my car proving that the professionalism doesn't stop when you drive off the lot!
