They are friendly, thorough, honest, and couldn't do enough to make my experience easy and positive. Chris helped me test drive 3 different vehicles in one afternoon. He was so thorough and helpful during delivery. he followed up a few days after delivery to see how I liked the car and see if I needed anything else. What a great guy. There is a such thing as an honest car dealer My wife and I had been shopping around for a car for months. Our lease was due up soon and we knew we did not want to purchase the car or go anywhere My wife and I had been shopping around for a car for months. Our lease was due up soon and we knew we did not want to purchase the car or go anywhere near those shark infested waters of a dealership we got our lease from. After visiting multiple dealerships and going through an abundance of vehicles we decided to settle on a 2011 Sienna. The problem was finding a good dealer, an honest dealer to which I asked a question: Is there anything such as an honest car dealer anymore? The answer is Yes there is. I was looking around online at Car Gurus and happen to stumble onto a 2011 Sienna I wanted. Problem was I couldn't see the dealer who had the car so I zoomed in on the plate of the car and read it. Smithtown Toyota it read. So I went online and checked the inventory to see if the vehicle was still there. I spoke with my wife and we decided to pay the place a visit. Upon arriving there, the Sienna I was looking for was SOLD, big sign in the windshield...rats! A salesman by the name of Tony Natale came out to greet us, He was very kind and showed us a few other Siennas but none of them were what we wanted. He then showed us a lease return that he had just got in.....perfect mileage, right color, just right! He let me test drive it without hassling us for a copy of our license too. I told him my concerns and asked him would the car be inspected and he assured me it would. Then we discussed some numbers, he gave me a great price and never deviated from it even all the way to the finance office. Once we over at finance we met Stacy Meehan who handled all of our paper work and the numbers we got including tax, title and the whole nine yards were excellent. We even bought an extended warranty but Stacy never tried to push it on us. There were no surprise charges in our paperwork, everything was explained to us, we never ONCE felt like we were being rushed...like you get that feeling..sign here and here and here..Ugh..I hate that. Stacy made use feel very comfortable. Once the papers were signed Tony showed us the features of the car and in the end, we were very pleased with the service. The entire staff was kind and welcoming. It’s not one of those fake things either dealerships try to do to you just to get your money either. Smithtown Toyota is truly the real deal. I've purchased and leased many, many cars in the past, and even though there were dealers much closer to where I live, I specifically chose Smithtown Toyota over the "others" because of it's persona past, and even though there were dealers much closer to where I live, I specifically chose Smithtown Toyota over the "others" because of it's personal ownership and felt dealing with the staff during and after purchasing would be a better experience, I wasn't wrong. I bought 2014 Sienna AWD from Lou Bilous this past weekend. He was resourceful in finding the specific type, color and option loaded car in a hurry. He followed up often to assure timing of arrival, price and pick up time which were critical for me. On the day of pick up, I left the dealer without my registration sticker on the window. The dealer closed a few minutes later. I called Lou on his cell. He delivered the registration to me on his way home from work.. Now that is service. This is my first dealing with Smithtown Toyota and Lou Billous. He made it very easy and seamless. I will definitely go back to Lou in the future. More
I was in the market for a highlander or rav-4. I new I needed a large SUV. I began shopping and inquired about both vehicles. I called Smithtown Toyota spoke with a nice person who insured he would show me the differences in vehicle awd vs 4wd and gas mileage as well as safety features for my grand kids in with second and third row. I had a great experience and went with a 2012 highlander with 22,000 miles on it. After my second visit I bought the truck. I was very happy at delivery that he went on another test drive to make sure I was ok driving. He handled everything with my Bluetooth contact for work, very important for a care taker. I would highly recommend Smithtown Toyota , and surely ask for Louis.D in Certified used car sales. Thank you Lou. More

My trip to dealer started with going to get an oil change for my 2007 4Runner. My sister, Sabine & I were asked to come in & visit Rich for a look at an upgrade. We originally met Rich about four years ago, he had helped us with our previous purchases of SUVs. Rich was amazing!!!! Rich is like talking to a good friend. We also had the pleasure of meeting Rich's Manager, Tom Sweeney. Both Rich & Tom made us ladies feel comfortable & was extremely attentive to our MUST haves in our SUVs. The finishing touch was our time with Stacy Meehan, the business Manager. Stacy was also so sweet & attentive, truly the icing on the cake!!!! As I said went in for an oil change & came back home with a new beautiful 2011 4Runner & Sabine, a new 2011 Highlander. We are in love with our SUVs!!!! Thank you Rich, Tom & Stacy!!!!!! More

We have been leasing from Lou for many years - probably over 12 years now since he was at a previous dealer that was closer to my home. We travel a pretty far distance just to get our cars from Lou. We know he won't BS us and will try his hardest to get us the best deal available. I just leased a 2014 Rav4 and Lou, as always was very helpful and accomodating during the transaction. Actually my brother leased a 2013 Rav4 just the week prior. He has been dealing with Lou longer than I have. And my brother-in-law has leased two Rav4's from lou (both here and at prior dealership) and will be looking for another once his lease is due in September. There are other Toyota dealers much closer to where we live, but we make the trip because we know Lou will get us the best deal he can. Once the deal was done, we knew the car had to be prepped and Lou suggested to go have lunch and the car should be ready by 4:30. he called us closer to 3:30 and said car was ready. he explained some of the new features and set up the blutooth phone for us More
