Exceptional Service by Ron After a not so great experience at two eastern Long Island dealerships-I was beginning to lose hope that I would be able to purchase a vehicle that I After a not so great experience at two eastern Long Island dealerships-I was beginning to lose hope that I would be able to purchase a vehicle that I could afford yet fit my criteria. After a few days doing an extensive internet search for a Toyota Tacoma- I found that there was a dealership in Smithown that had one that met my all my needs ( which wasn't easy) I made a phone call and was directed to salesman Ron Borgese. I immediately felt at ease on the phone with Ron, who said he would be there late that evening if I wanted to take the long journey west to see the truck.. He insured me that indeed the truck I saw on the website was the one I would be coming out to see. ( not what I experienced at another dealership that I had worked with previously) I test drove the truck, it was perfect for me. Ron was genuine all around nice guy. Easy to work with, no pressure, and helped to get me some extras above a beyond the great deal. This story has a happy ending! I loved the truck, loved Ron, loved the service received from everyone over a Smithown Toyota. I drove away to head back east. As I entered Riverhead in my shiny perfect black Tacamo pickup I thought how wonderful my experience in Smithown was and just smiled. More

We finally decided on the Rav4 and he went through the different options of buying/leasing and the various promotions Toyota was offering. When we took delivery of the new vehicle he took his time to explain many features and help us set up certain things, like our Bluetooth.
