I worked with Meg Dwyer. She is knowledgeable and sincere, and has a great sense of humor. I brought my sister with me, and we actually had a good time! I picked up my car on 2/23, had a couple of questions since then, and Meghan was right there for me, so follow-up is great, too. The manager, Guy Albergo, is straightforward, also giving you that sense of confidence that you are dealing with people with integrity, like Meghan, and also the financial people, Diego Rivas and Mitch Sirota. I did a lot of research, and I believe I got a fair and honest price and was never doubtful, never felt like I was being cheated. More

He answered all my questions and made recommendations on what to lease based on my current situations. It wasn't just a sale to Lou. He wanted to put me in the right vehicle. I was surprised at the change in appearance and handling of the 2016. What sealed the deal was the customer service that Lou Bilous gave. I had leased my previous 2013 Highlander from him and was very happy with that experience. He is very knowledgeable and patient during the decision process.
