Bought a used car I can't say enough good things about this dealership and especially Lou Bilous. Lou spent a lot of time showing me various new and used cars. He neve I can't say enough good things about this dealership and especially Lou Bilous. Lou spent a lot of time showing me various new and used cars. He never pressured me to buy and I felt like he really wanted to find the best car for my situation. He got me a great deal and even the sales manager, Guy, came over to make sure I was happy with everything and spent a few minutes talking and laughing with me. Mitch, the finance person had everything ready to go and a few signatures later I was done!! A very smooth, pleasant experience all around!!! More

Amazing experience! I just purchased a tundra from smithtown toyota. It was an amazing experience. I was immediately greeted by the pleasant and friendly receptionist. I I just purchased a tundra from smithtown toyota. It was an amazing experience. I was immediately greeted by the pleasant and friendly receptionist. I then worked with Lou B. who is one of the kindest, most helpful salesmen I've ever met. Guy was also incredibly helpful. I was able to turn in my Prius lease a little early and get the Tundra at an extremely fair price. On the day of pick up, everything was ready for me when I got there. The truck was beautifully detailed and I was driving off with my new truck before I knew it. It truly was an incredible car buying experience. Thank you, Smithtown Toyota! More

Toyota Tacoma purchase 4-29-16 I was very impressed by the dealership as a whole......and by the young lady-Meghan Dwyer who sold me my new Toyota Tacoma SR. she spent a good amount I was very impressed by the dealership as a whole......and by the young lady-Meghan Dwyer who sold me my new Toyota Tacoma SR. she spent a good amount of time listening and tending to my desired features, took me around the lots looking at vehicles........made sure they took it for cleaning up immediately after i decided to buy it.......and called me several days after the purchase to see if i had any questions or concerns.....that has never happened to me ever in my life( i am 64) after purchasing a vehicle.......she was pleasant, fairly knowledgeable , friendly and accomondating....the car industry needs more salespersons like Meghan........... Regular transaction did not go smoothly. It was a regular transaction. Trade in valued , deposit paid, car was to be picked up the next day. I was getting many accusations thrown at me in It was a regular transaction. Trade in valued , deposit paid, car was to be picked up the next day. I was getting many accusations thrown at me in the finance office. It felt like an interrogation. Once I paid a deposit and signed on the dotted line, I was treated like trash. Definitely not coming back. I'll gladly spend more money elsewhere instead of coming back. The sales experience left such a bad taste in my mouth that my wife and I don't even want to come back to this place for service. I'll be taking my next purchase elsewhere. More
