We live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and when our son, a Special Forc Sal Ingraselino, Stacy Meehan and Liz Skiba are WORTH THEIR WEIGHT IN GOLD! We live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and when our son, a Special Forces Green Beret Staff Sergeant, currently forward deployed on an ODA in Afghanistan asked us to help him find a used Toyota Tacoma; we immediately went to the USAA Car Buying Service. Although Smithtown Toyota/Scion in NY is four hours away, they had the exact vehicle that we were looking for, so we took a chance and we're so glad that we did. Sal was ready and waiting for us when we arrived and the truck looked like it had just come off the showroom floor. Throughout the purchase process he checked in with us periodically and the day after we left NY he called us to make sure that we had made it home safely. Stacy guided us through the challenges of purchasing a vehicle by Power of Attorney and prepared the Maryland MVA paperwork so we were in and out of the MVA in under thirty minutes. Liz responded to our initial inquiry, provided liaison with the USAA Car Buying Service, and followed up after the purchase.
