He knew all about the vehicle I wanted to buy and showed me how to operate the electronics while I was considering the purchase. Lou was happy to have me test drive the vehicle and others, too. He was not impatient or forceful. Lou's pleasant mannerism made purchasing the vehicle a lot less stressful. When I picked-up the vehicle, Lou walked me through the entire vehicle and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with how it worked. I am a real customer and I really recommend Lou Bilous. More
