I decided it was time for an upgrade and traded in my 2016 Kia Sorento for a 2020 Highlander XLE on May 30th. The dealership took every percussion in regards to the covid pandemic. You had to make an appointment, everyone had masks and gloves and it was smooth. Lou Bilous was our sales man and made everything effortless for us. There was no BS in regards to pricing. They all worked with us to make sure we got the options we wanted as well as the price point we were looking for. They accepted the trade on my Kia and did well by me with that as well. This is the second time working with them as my mother leased a rav 4 last year. We absolutely love this dealership and love the fact that they work with you and are down to earth. We highly recommend them! And I must say both the RAV4 and the Highlander are amazing SUVs. More
