2021 Toyota Camry TRD . Awesome Leasing experience with Tim who took the time to go over pricing and features on several different packages. Tim was very friendly and easy going. I felt no pressure and wasn’t hit with any highball prices either. There was a shortage of new vehicles due to COVID shutdowns but given the current situation I was able to get into the exact vehicle that I wanted and at a fair price with little down. Even got my #1 color choice. The whole process was seamless, quick and easy and we left with the TRD Camry the same day. They even took care of contacting my insurance company, all I had to do was show them my insurance card for the car I traded in. We went to Dinner while the car was being prepped and when we got back Tim took time to go over the entire car pairing phones and all. The car was nicely prepped and even though Tim was scheduled to leave work at 5:00 he stayed with us until about 7:45 to make sure we got everything squared away and that we were satisfied. This is the 11th car I’ve leased since 1993 and this was one of the top 2 best experiences I have had. Two thumbs up to Tim and Smithtown Toyota. Thanks Bud !! More

Disappointed in Customer ServiceBack in March of 2021, Disappointed in Customer Service Back in March of 2021, my son and I went looking to lease a Toyota Tacoma truck. We went to Smithtown Toyota and met Disappointed in Customer Service Back in March of 2021, my son and I went looking to lease a Toyota Tacoma truck. We went to Smithtown Toyota and met with salesman Lou Bilous. We had signed a deal for the Tacoma but it was going to take a few weeks to get in. It finally came in on May 1st. Lou called my son and said the price we negotiated was no longer honored. When i called and spoke to the manager Alex, he wanted a substantial amount more per month for the Tacoma. Needless to say after waiting 2 months we were so disappointed in Smithtown Toyota. They should have honored our original deal. We were not going to pay more for a lease Toyota Tacoma Truck than we originally negotiated. A deal is a deal and we negotiated in good faith.the We were able to go to another Toyota dealership and got a better Toyota Tacoma with more equipment for the price we originally negotiated for at Smithtown Toyota. The Toyota Tacoma truck was delivered to us the next day. More
