A few years ago, my wife was involved in a car accident that totalled her dealer demo 2002 Toyota Camry LE. After having an issue with the remaining warranty refund on the 2002 with Competition Toyota (ori that totalled her dealer demo 2002 Toyota Camry LE. After having an issue with the remaining warranty refund on the 2002 with Competition Toyota (orig dealer), I vowed to never return there. Someone then referred us to Guy Albergo at Smithtown Toyota in new sales. Guy made the buying experience a total pleasure, especially after understanding our circumstances of my wife's totalled Camry. There was zero pressure from him, and since we were so happy with how the Camry fared in the accident, we decided to get her a brand new 03 LE in blue. To this day, the car has been reliable and excellent with 42,000 now on the odometer. More

I have been a loyal customer of Smithtown Toyota for over 15 years and I would never buy a car from anyone else. Let's face it there are some SHADY dealerships out there..but Smithtown is thankfully NOT one 15 years and I would never buy a car from anyone else. Let's face it there are some SHADY dealerships out there..but Smithtown is thankfully NOT one of them. The last car I purcased was from Guy Albergo. Guy was both knowledgable and gave me an honest opinion about what car would be best for me...and he was right on the money. Not only is Smithtown Toyota's sales department wonderful, but their service department is exceptional. If you want to be treated like royalty and not get ripped off...Smithtown Toyota is the way to go. More
