I gave this very positive review because it as well deserved. The four people with whom I interacted were all competent, friendly, and efficient. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. They also knew their stuff. They all paid attention to the very many details that are involved in purchasing or leasing a new car, and there are so many little things that need attention. Hundreds, probably - and all were handled properly. Amazing for any commercial endeavor these days! More

We shopped at other dealerships and had the worst shopping experience with Sunrise Toyota. Then we Found Louis at Smithtown Toyota! Lou was most knowledgeable about the car we were interested in b shopping experience with Sunrise Toyota. Then we Found Louis at Smithtown Toyota! Lou was most knowledgeable about the car we were interested in buying. He was friendly & fun and he even smelled nice! Most of all, he didn't piss off my husband....which is always the case with salesmen. He stayed late to show us the car, take us for a test drive and then was very patient as we worked out the purchasing details. He stayed late again so he would be there when we picked up the car after work a few days later. I wish I had enough money to buy another car from Louis...He was great and I'm really happy with my New Prius C. More
