Last week we purchased our third Toyota. This was our first experience with Smithtown Toyota and it was the best and easiest dealership we have worked with to date. Our sales representative, Louis Bilous, was excellent and in our opinion is a valuable asset to Toyota. We think of going to a car dealership similar to going to a dentist, however, this was painless! Lou was friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and considerate. He listened and responded to our requests and needs. As a result, we purchased our new car knowing we received a good price and confident that we will receive superior service from Smithtown Toyota. A word of praise for John Ferranola, Finance Director. John finalized our purchase with ease and professionalism. He was courteous and expedient. Best of all - we owned our new car within 15 minutes! Drove out from Brooklyn and bought a new Highlander with trade-in. We had spoken / negotiated with Mike (Big Mike) beforehand and he arranged a difficult swap with a car from another dealer. Mike came throu trade-in. We had spoken / negotiated with Mike (Big Mike) beforehand and he arranged a difficult swap with a car from another dealer. Mike came through on the deal and kept his word, and was absolutely great to deal with. Highly recommend Big Mike, we will easily make this drive from the city to deal with again.
