The dealership did not notify customer about prior damage of the brand new car, saying that the cost of repair is 5% of the total price of the vehicle then dealership does not have to tell customer about dam of the brand new car, saying that the cost of repair is 5% of the total price of the vehicle then dealership does not have to tell customer about damages. I found out about scraches and history of damages done to vehicle when the vehicle arrived to me. I called Smithtown Toyota dealership asking about damages and all they answered is that "things happen". After talking to the Customer Service representatives in California, they recomended to talk to the manager of the dealership. His resolution was to bring the car back, so they can look at it. I live 900 miles away from the Smithtown Toyota dealership. I can take this car to clses Toyota dealership that has Body Shop, but maneger refused to do anything unless he would see the car himself or at least by his personal. I am not going to drive 1800 miles just so they can look at the car. It does not make sense. More
