I Just bought a 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid. My sales rep was Lou Bilous. I researched cost and got the price I wanted with minimum hassle. Lou was knowledgeable, courteous and personable. We bought our Sienna from Lou when he was at Victory Toyota. We also bought 1 Camry for our daughter and 1 Camry for our son. We had pretty much decided that a Prius would be the right car for us to purchase, but I was still dreading the hassle of shopping at a dealership. Although we just stopped into Smithtown without an appointment, by a stroke of luck we were waited on by Mike Siemon. Mike had all the traits that one could want in a salesperson; he was honest, knowledgeable and patient. He was able to answer all our questions, find the right car for us, and negotiate a fair price. He turned what I anticipated to be a very unpleasant experience into an enjoyable one. I have just started driving my new Prius, and so far I believe I have made the right choice.
