On this occasion, Paul took all of the factors into consideration and came up with the current leasing package. It was exactly the right thing for me, and could not have been better. Upon the delivery of the car to me, his description of the vehicle, setting up the radio and blue tooth settings, and other things, made me feel just like a member of his family. I am so glad to have him as my salesman. GUY ALBERGO, sales manager. Guy is also very friendly and helpful. He always greets me warmly when I come into the showroom. His assistance, working with Paul, has been really supportive. STACY MEEHAN, financial advisor. Stacy handled all of the financial aspects of the leasing. The arrangements were completed in a very short time, and everything worked out very well. I would also like to mention LARISA RACENIS, the service advisor, whom I have been working with for many years. Larisa always lets you know just what is necessary (and nothing more) for the current service visit. Larisa also makes you feel like family. I think that the other people involved in my leasing (and prior purchasing) experiences at Smithtown Toyota, including BOB MALONEY, Customer Relations Manager, and the service technicians, deserve compliments as well. I purchased my 2012 Prius from Lou Bilous and I will never buy a car from anyone else. From the first time I stepped foot into the dealership, I felt comfortable. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and professional. Lou started to help me pick out the exact car I wanted. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and helpful. Throughout the entire process, I never felt pressured. When I picked up my car, Lou took the time to explain the car and all of its features to me. He was not in a rush and answered all of my questions. Thank you Smithtown Toyota and Lou Bilous for a great purchasing experience. Untrustworthy and incompetent......they should peruse the internet for issues that are common among the vehicles they sell. And have knowledge of the same.....Smithtown toyota DOES NOT CARE. Instead, theyre more interested in busing you to the local greasy spoon (probably get a kickback under the table) than fixing a problem that is common to a specific vehicle.....known problem...... Place is unbelieveable. I chose this place to spend my hard earned money to buy a vehicle from them. And all they want to do is wash their hands of any difficult to solve issues....."i'll reimburse you" is all they can do. Do yourself a huge favor and stay far far far far away from this place. More

I was very impressed with the quality of service I received from the sales representative (Aman Singh)I worked with when I approached him for assistance in purchasing a new Toyota Sienna. He was attentive, friendly and answered all my questions easily and in a straight-forward way. I am always wary of sales people, on guard for being given the run-around. Aman gave me a feeling that he was leveling with me regarding all of my concerns. I had done a lot of homework on line and had visited other dealerships, but based on my experience with Smithtown Toyota, I decided to purchase my vehicle with them. The sales manager seemed to be flexible in the price he offered me in the final stages, so I was pleased with the overall process. I am enjoying the Sienna and have absolutely no regrets. In addition, I must say that I serviced my previous Toyota with Smithtown Toyota for a number of years, and so I already had a positive experience with their service department and wasn't surprised that their sales department was equally of high calibre. I first went to the dealership to get numbers on a lease of a 2012 prius. I was looking to trade my 2007 Prius (which i purchased from them 2 years ago) and wanted a trade in value. I was given an absurd of a 2012 prius. I was looking to trade my 2007 Prius (which i purchased from them 2 years ago) and wanted a trade in value. I was given an absurd number of $7900. This was all done with another salesperson, I think Aman Singh but I do not remember his name. I immediately told him that I thought this number was BS and that I could not believe that he would insult me with such a low number. I got up and left. I was then called back by the salesman who originally sold me my prius, Sott Preston who apologized for the experience and asked me to please come in and see him. I did. Scott then worked out a number that brought my tade to $9500 and I had to give them 2100 down on a prius 2 lease for 36 months and 18k/year. I told him that I wanted a back up camera so he added that for another $400. I still was not happy with that number and thought the car had more value. he also quoted me a Prius 3 as well but I do not remember that payment but it was higher. I told him that I felt they could do better on my trade, and wanted to know why I did not get any tax discount with my trade. i was told that you do not get a tax savings, which did not make sense to me because I was still paying a tax on the car. (They wanted taxes up front). Later I also checked the papers they gave me and noticed that they were not giving me numbers on an 18k lease but a 15 k lease which will change the numbers even more expensive with 18. Also, being a teacher (Scott knew this) he never offered to me the promo by Toyota which is that Toyota makes the first payment up to $500 and a $250 gift card to staples. Long story short, I got tired of the games there and decided to take my business elsewhere, I got a new Prius at Riverhead Toyota...Great Job FRAN! More
I recently leased a new LE camry. Aman was an excellent salesman. He did not use any high pressure. He answered all of my questions.
