Do not buy here they will scam you! I purchased a chevy express van from Smithtown Nissan on 1/28/25. After I paid they told me they did not have the title to the vehicle. I said I did I purchased a chevy express van from Smithtown Nissan on 1/28/25. After I paid they told me they did not have the title to the vehicle. I said I did not want to go through with the purchase until you have the title. They stated they would have the title in 1 week. I call them once each week and keep getting the run around. After 7 weeks I called today 3/22/25 and spoke with a women & I had to explain everything again. She told me someone would call me back. I explained that it has been 7 weeks and I need to speak with someone now. She stated how about you F off and hung up. I see now I was scammed and have to get an attorney to get my money back since they sold a vehicle they dont have a title to or maybe don't even own. More
