Horrible customer service. Website pricing has misleading pricing. Multiple fees for reconditioning a certified pre-owned car on top of an "administration fee" Was working o Website pricing has misleading pricing. Multiple fees for reconditioning a certified pre-owned car on top of an "administration fee" Was working on a deal for a used car. Noticed a gauge in two of the sidewalls of the tire. When I brought it to their attention, they did not want to do anything about it. Insisted it was fine and it passed the certified inspection. When walked away, they wanted me to take the car with the bad tires and put 2 tires in the trunk for me to take elsewhere to have put on. The Sales Manager was degrading, insulting and acted like he was doing me a favor. Trying to take advantage of a woman purchasing a car on her own. Do Not recommend! More
