Worst experience ever Joe Urso lost a deal when he could not explain his staff’s bogus hidden fees and miscalculated sales tax. He refused to speak with my wife, claiming he only does business “man to man”. Never do business with this dealership. The experience was so bad that I do not even want to give him the minimum required 1 Star. More
