Service advisor, Jim F., took the problem seriously, exactly one week later, Jim orchestrated a full transmission replacement. The cost was fully covered by my Nissan warranty. Jim Fern went out of his way to keep me updated, and get the problem solved. I have only been going to Smithtown Nissan for several months. I had recently switched from Nissan 112, after having multiple issues with their reliability, and care for their customers. Even though going to Smithtown Nissan is out of my way and not so convenient, I will definitely continue to use them for service. Thank you to Jim for expediting the transmission replacement so quickly. More
